Welcome to this site. Recently, I've worked as an experience designer, web developer and English teacher in Japan. I enjoy creating architectural installations, multi-media art, play-things and time based compositions. I like to experiment with novel interfaces and affordance-mine older technologies while utilizing traditional tools and methods. I have a scientific interest in communication, cultural studies, sensory experience/perception and memory, which is reflected in my work. I am community and globally minded and seek out cross-disciplinary collaboration. My most recent areas of inquiry are urban planning/design, Drupal development, civic applications and cognitive science.
